If your photo is rejected by an official authority due to non-compliance with the specifications we advertise, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request
Email us at refund@onesnapid.com with your order number and proof of rejection. We will process your refund within 48 hours.
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
